Currently Seeking: We represent only commercial fiction, including women’s fiction, mysteries and thrillers, and negotiate with all the major publishers in North America.

At the moment, I’d like to pick up some romantic suspense, some dark paranormals or urban fantasy, and maybe some well written erotica.
In nonfiction, the author's passionate belief in the subject as well as expertise and a defined audience are appealing. We seek a client who is willing to listen, learn and work hard to succeed. If there are writing problems, I will get this author help to produce a salable proposal.

In fiction, a wonderful, fresh authorial voice, a page-turning plot that really does keep me up at night after a long day, well-structured chapters and imaginative prose will result in an offer of representation. A writer needs to pull me into another point of view and another world I don't want to leave. In fiction, the writing is everything. We are glad to encourage and work with promising writers who still need to master aspects of the craft of writing.
• Medical romances (must meet Mills and Boon Standards)
• Contemporary romances (must read like historicals. I WANT DEPTH!!!)
• Women's Fiction (I want a woman's journey without baggage!)
• Literary (with a commercial bent)
• Commercial mainstream
• Women's fiction
• Chick lit (all types including paranormal, mystery, young adult etc.)
• Romance (all types including contemporary, historical, suspense, thriller, romantic comedy, paranormal/time travel, science fiction/futuristic, and fantasy with romantic elements)
• Science Fiction
• Fantasy
• Young Adult/Middle Grade (must be high concept and have a commercial bent)
• Memoir
• Narrative Nonfiction on all topics (such as Seabiscuit, The Perfect Storm, or Friday Night Lights)
Currently Not Seeking: I don’t really handle inspirational romance. I’m not sure I have the expertise to evaluate it properly. Also, I’m not a fan of time-travel or hard science fiction. Not currently taking on Chick-Lit – due to market saturation. Ultra-Sci-Fi are not really her thing, though she has represented futuristic. NO LONGER interested in submissions that are targeted exclusively for category romances and e-publishers. Stories need to be flexible enough to be considered by a variety of publishers. We do not look at submissions for screenplays, short story collections, poetry, horror, mystery (unless chick lit), thriller, children’s picture books, any nonfiction except as listed above, or material for the Christian/Inspirational market.
Genres Not Represented: We do NOT handle Children’s Books, Young Adult Material, Screenplays, or any Non-fiction. Erotica. Nothing currently listed
