Susan Grimshaw is the romance fiction buyer for Borders Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, generating $3.9 billion in sales annually. BGI operates more than 1200 bookstores both domestic and international, including Borders, Borders Express and Waldenbooks. She has been with BGI over a decade, with the last five years devoted to buying romance books. As a girl growing up in rural Wisconsin, she developed an interest in most outdoor sports, but more often than not she is found curled up on the couch with a good romance book.
