I will accept and abide by the decisions of the judges regarding winners of the contest. I understand and accept that ideas and titles cannot be copyrighted. I agree that I hold harmless Colorado Romance Writers and its contest personnel and judges in any dispute arising from my participation in the Heart of the Rockies competition. I also verify that I am the author of the enclosed entry, that it has not been accepted for publication at the time of submission, and that I have no other novel-length work in romantic fiction accepted for publication.
